Biodynamic Breathwork
Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System® is a deeply integrative modality that blends conscious, connected breathing with movement, sound, touch, emotional expression and meditation. Rooted in safety and regulation, these sessions create space for the body to gently unwind stored tension and release trauma, supporting deeper resilience, balance, and healing from within.

As a certified Oxygen Advantage® breathing coach, Gail helps clients harness the power of functional breathing to support optimal health, energy, and performance. Through personalized assessments and targeted techniques, clients learn how to breathe more efficiently—enhancing focus, sleep quality, physical endurance, and stress resilience. Each session provides practical, science-backed tools one can integrate immediately to create lasting change from the inside out.
