November Circle of Breath: Gratitude
Journey inward in the safe, nurturing company of other women.

Reclaim Your Erotic Self
A One-Day Immersion with LIATI Institute and Indigo Breath and Wellness
It’s time to come home – to your body, your pleasure, your power.
If you’ve been in Wonder Woman mode – holding it all together, surviving, performing, or disconnected from your sensuality – your erotic self is probably calling to be reclaimed. This is your invitation to listen.
In Greek, Eros means more than sexuality – it means life-force, creativity, and pleasure embodied. This energy belongs to you first, before it’s ever shared with another. When you reclaim it, you reconnect to your vitality, your magnetism, your joy.
This is not about performance.
It’s about PRESENCE.
It’s about coming back to your felt sense – learning to hold your own erotic current, your Shakti, your kundalini, your aliveness – without leaking it, chasing it or giving it away.
What to expect:
Through breathwork, movement, somatic awareness and guided sensual practices, you’ll explore:
· What the erotic self truly is.
· The difference between sex, sensuality, and desire.
· How shame, boundaries, and body image shape your pleasure.
· How to hold your own energy and embody authentic magnetism.
Location: Denver, CO
Time: 11:00 – 5:00 (with a lunch break – please bring your own)
