A gathering with a purpose
Join for FREE or contribute whatever feels right and is within your means.

100% of donations will go to the Wheeling Township Food Pantry (via The Arlington Heights Turkey Trot) helping support individuals and families in this community where Gail’s daughter and son-in-law live. Read more about their community involvement below
Breathe deeply. Open your heart. Let gratitude ripple outward.
Gratitude is more than something we think about. It's something we can feel in our bodies, nurture within ourselves, and can extend outward into the world.
During this 75-minute experience, we'll explore gratitude through:
connected breathing
sound
guided visualization
Together, we'll create space to feel more deeply, soften tension, connect with ourselves and the wider community, and perhaps even discover a deeper appreciation for our lives.
Come As You Are
Whether you're new to breathwork or have joined me many times before, you are warmly welcome.
No experience is necessary.

And this gathering has another intention close to my heart: turning gratitude into action.
A Little Backstory
Last fall, my daughter and her husband were feeling discouraged by so much of what was happening in the world. Rather than remain in that place, they asked themselves what they could do to make a positive difference in their own community.
Their answer was to organize a Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5K, beginning and ending at the middle school where my son-in-law teaches. They kept the registration fee low so families could participate, and the turnout exceeded their expectations!
What began as a small idea has become an annual community event benefiting the Wheeling Township Food Pantry.
I couldn't be prouder of them. Their experience is a beautiful reminder that we don't have to change the entire world to make a difference. Sometimes we simply begin where we are.
In that same spirit, 100% of the proceeds from our November breathwork gathering will be donated to the Wheeling Township Food Pantry, helping support individuals and families in their community.
My hope is that we'll leave feeling a little more connected to ourselves, to one another, and to the possibility that even small acts of kindness can create meaningful ripples.
