Embodied Breath: Oral and Cervical Belts of Tensions (ONLINE)

Embodied Breath: Journey Through the Body

The Oral and Cervical Belts of Tension ONLINE SESSION

Release what’s held. Unlock authentic expression.

Stress, emotion, protective patterns and life experiences can show up not only in how we think and feel, but in how we breathe, move, brace, hold and express ourselves.

There are seven belts of tension in the body - areas where physical and emotional tension may accumulate and where habitual patterns of holding can develop.

This session focuses on the oral and cervical belts of tension which include the jaw, mouth, throat, and neck where one can can carry tension connected to holding back, bracing, and unexpressed emotion. In this session, we’ll use breath, sound, movement, and somatic exploration to create more space through these areas and support freer, more authentic expression.

Everyone is welcome! No breathwork experience necessary.
